Richardson and Sons commenced operations in 1925 under the control of our current director's grandfather, and remains in control of family members to this day. Our current directors first incorporated Richardson Drilling Company Limited in 1982 after taking control from senior family members at that time. Each of the current directors has been directly involved in the company since 1974.
